I’ve drawn hundreds of cartoons over the years for a number of local Authorities. These were done recently for Norfolk County Council to put on the front of a series of booklets they were publishing. Local Authority jobs are always challenging as invariably the finished images have to be ‘approved’ by 112 committees sub-committees and people with a little time on their hands one of whom will ask that the coffee cup in image 27 is moved from one side of the table to the other for reasons that no-one on planet earth will ever understand. Don’t let this put you off. Having worked in Local Authority management years ago I know how these things go and I also know that they're often fussy because they really

determined to get it right. PS I've also been the cartoonist for the Local Government magazine FIRST for the last five years.
